When purchasing a Blind Box, please note that the exact figurine you will receive is unknown until you open it. Each series contains a varying number of figurines, and we cannot guarantee that a specific figurine will be included in your Blind Box.

Random Selection

The figurine you receive will be randomly selected from the series, unless otherwise indicated. We cannot guarantee which exact figurine will be mailed to you.

No Refunds or Exchanges for Change of Mind

Please carefully choose the product or series of Blind Boxes you wish to purchase. We do not offer refunds or exchanges due to a change of mind. All sales are final.

What Qualifies as Defective Goods?

At POPCITY, we strive to deliver high-quality products, but if you receive defective merchandise, we’re here to help. Returns for defective items are accepted within 7 days of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot accept defective returns for refund or exchange after this time.

  • Product instability (e.g., cannot stand or function as intended)
  • Stains, marks, or other visible imperfections

How to submit a defective return:

  2. Provide Documentation: You will need to submit photos of the defective product.
    • A minimum of three photos is required.
    • Photos should clearly show the entire product and highlight the defective areas.
    • Any issues (e.g., broken parts or stains) must be marked and described in the images.
  3. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.

    What Should I Do If My Order Arrives Damaged?

    Reporting Damaged Items

    If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery so we can promptly assist you with a return and replacement.

    What to Do if Your Package Arrives Damaged:

    • If the package shows visible damage upon delivery, we recommend taking clear photos of the packaging condition before opening it.
    • If you suspect the damage extends to the items inside, do not open the box. Instead, contact us immediately for further instructions.

    Please note: We are unable to accept damage claims for items that have been in your possession for more than 48 hours.
